CommaPrep™ plasmid miniprep columns are supplied with spin columns and collection tubes.The columns are based on silica membrane technology and provide fast and reliable extraction of high quality plasmid with a binding capacity of 30 μg.
Extracted plasmid is ready for use in many downstream applications, including restriction digestion, ligation and transformation, PCR, sequencing and library construction.

Typical results
pUC19 was extracted from 3 mL overnight E.coli (DH5a) using columns made by comapy A, company T and Biocomma, and the elution volume was 80 μL. Meanwhile, extracted plasmid pUC19 from 10 mL overnight E.coli (DH5a) using Biocomma HP50, and the elution volume was 100 μL. Then analyze by electrophoresis on a 1% agarose gel.
